Paint Professionals’ Managing Director Martin Penney began painting alongside his father Ron as a 10 year old, when his father operated under the name of Penney’s Painting. In the late 1970s in the United Kingdom, Ron Penney had been handpicked to paint Broadlands, the former home of Lord Louis Mountbatten in Romsey England where he decorated the chambers of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
