Martin Penney started Paint Professionals from a single ute in 1996. 30 years later we're Adelaide's most trusted in-house painting crew, 11 strong, with eight apprentices learning the trade and a pipeline of flagship commercial and residential work.
Where it started
Paint Professionals started the way most great Adelaide businesses started. A licensed tradesman, a ute, a ladder, and a commitment to quality. Martin Penney built the business client by client, referral by referral, for three decades. Every project had to represent the brand. Every finish had to stand the Adelaide weather. Every client had to want to call us back.
Where we are now
Today we're 11 painters strong with eight apprentices currently on our books. We've painted 15-storey CBD towers. Central Markets Stage 1. Life Care aged-care facilities. Glenelg Football Club. Hundreds of heritage homes across Unley, North Adelaide, Norwood, and beyond. The work has scaled but the standard hasn't moved.

- In-house crew only. Every painter is a Paint Professionals employee. Police-checked, drug-tested, uniformed. We don't subcontract because we can't guarantee what we can't manage.
